Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen has been given a bespoke, flexible studio that allows their team to produce professional content

SpeakerBee now designed, built and supports Green Power Denmark's professional in-house studio, tailored for webinars, video production and live interviews with TV2 and DR. With everything from 3D design and equipment integration to teaching and 24/7 support, we've secured a solution that simplifies their productions and strengthens their digital presence.

SpeakerBee provided a bespoke webinar studio for a leading financial institution that enabled flawless streaming of corporate webinars to a global audience. With state-of-the-art AV equipment, extensive planning and on-site expert support, the solution ensured a professional manufacturing standard that reflected the customer's prestigious brand and exceeded expectations for reliability and quality.

SpeakerBee has been servicing Sydbank since the end of 2022, including the construction and remote management of their studio in Aabenrå. For Sydbank's annual business conference in 2023, we proposed a green screen production, which Sydbank accepted. The livestream, which was followed from Sydbank's 11 branches, included interactive Q&A sessions and various sets for employees, sustainability speakers and technology topics. The result was a huge success and since then we have continued to produce many shorter productions for Sydbank in a virtual environment.

The project involved 22 speakers, two simultaneous green screen studies, thorough briefing and practice for unfamiliar speakers, last-minute changes to PowerPoints, and ensuring a calm and smooth implementation of the event.

Experian Northern Europe Innovation Summit 2024 faced the challenge of hosting a hybrid event that required careful planning and coordination. SpeakerBee handled setup, technical support and coordination of speakers, both physical and virtual, to ensure a seamless implementation. By ensuring clear communication and ongoing tests, the event was a success, with positive feedback from all participants. This collaboration demonstrated SpeakerBee's ability to efficiently handle complex tasks and strengthened our partnership with Experian.

In order to give citizens the opportunity to participate in the discussion about Copenhagen's new metro line, Metroselskap and the City of Copenhagen wanted to hold a digital citizens' meeting with interactive opportunities. Due to quality requirements, traditional platforms such as Zoom and Teams were not an option, and peer-to-peer streaming was unsuitable due to stability issues. That's why they chose SpeakerBee to provide a professional livestream solution.

We set up livestream equipment early to ensure speaker rehearsals. We handled live call-ins from global colleagues, integrated Q&A segments from both physical and online participants, and coordinated a compact agenda for a streamlined production.

We were tasked with designing and streaming a debate with top politicians on Denmark's future global role. We created a unique 3D environment and settled the production in our studio. Among the speakers were Lars Løkke Rasmussen, Jakob Ellemann-Jensen and Sofie Carsten Nielsen. The result was a successful and engaging production that received positive testimonials from both participants and viewers.

The LEGO Foundation wanted to hold their annual Playful Schools conference, which brings together teachers from around the world to discuss how to make learning fun for children. SpeakerBee conducted and streamed the conference to 500 live viewers, including 21 simultaneous breakout rooms with interactive activities, Q&A and chat opportunities. Using our own platform, Beestreamed, we delivered a seamless and branded experience that resulted in high interaction and engagement from participants. The LEGO Foundation was very pleased with the result.

On 3 April 2024, SpeakerBee helped capture the mood at the “Great Place to Work” award show in Falkoner Salen, Frederiksberg. With a carefully planned setup of cameras, we ensured comprehensive coverage of both the stage and the audience. After the event, our team worked through the night to deliver a highlight video at 08:00 the next morning as well as 12 videos of the winners in various categories. Our welcoming approach and professionalism were praised by the client who has already booked us for next year's event. We look forward to delivering another great experience in 2025.

Danske Bank had to hold a webinar with 7 speakers from different time zones, which required careful coordination. SpeakerBee handled remote tests, developed graphics and sent clear instructions to speakers. The result was a flawless and professional virtual production that was positively received by all participants. We continue to support Danske Bank in their virtual productions.
