Danske Bank needed to hold a webinar with the participation of seven speakers from different parts of the world, including the UK, India and the United States. The biggest challenge was gathering and preparing these professionals before the live stream itself, especially because of the time differences. It was crucial that speakers had a simple onboarding solution and could present their materials remotely.

SpeakerBee took care of coordinating the speakers, which included holding remote call tests, developing graphics for the event and proposing the event format. We sent clear instructions and kept in constant contact with all speakers. A key part of our preparation was adapting to speakers' schedules and different technical needs. The day before the livestream, we always send a detailed briefing to all the contributors as well as each speaker, which covered everything from login times to technical instructions and contact information for support.

Despite the challenges of coordinating busy business people from different time zones, the webinar was a great success. With seven remote participants, 68 emails sent and 12 days of planning time, SpeakerBee made sure everything went smoothly. The speakers were well prepared, and technical tests ensured a flawless presentation. Danske Bank conducted a professional and engaging virtual production, which was positively received by all participants.
