Sydbank

‍SpeakerBee has regularly serviced Sydbank since late 2022, when we built their studio in Aabenrå and remotely manage it from our studio in Copenhagen. Their annual “business conference” was the second time we helped them with the production, so we knew the format and their wishes.

Creative Development:

‍When planning for the 2023 “business conference” began in August 2023, we proposed to conduct the entire live stream from a green screen studio. Sydbank were unsure at first, but curious enough to ask us to keep going. We started mapping the different segments and developed a design in accordance with their design guide. Sydbank saw the benefits of green screen production and the marketing potential of virtual environments.

Execution:

‍Their clients followed the live stream from Sydbank's 11 branches across Denmark and participated in interactive and dynamic Q&A sessions. There were three sets: one for Sydbank employees, one for speakers on sustainability, and one for topics on technological advancements and the use of AI in business growth. The Speakerbee team created themes that resonated with the overarching topics.

Results:

‍The “Business Conference” was a great success and we are pleased that Sydbank chose to step out of traditional production methods and instead take a leap with our proposal. Since then, we have produced many shorter productions for Sydbank, who continue to hold their live streams in a virtual environment.
