ConfigIt Summit 2024

Configit contacted SpeakerBee with the desire for a production partner who could challenge them and create a comfortable and inspiring venue for their speakers. They were due to hold their two-day online event “Configit Summit” 2024, which has been held seven times previously.

Creative Development:

When Configit first contacted us, they sought ideas within their budget. They wanted their brand to be evident to viewers online and were open to experimenting with the livestreaming format. Our team proposed green screen production, where we built a virtual platform with their logo and speakers at the center. After an exciting brainstorming phase, we presented three variations of a virtual environment, all with Configit's logo embedded in the design.

Execution:

Configit was excited about all three designs, so we ended up using all of them. One environment was reserved for Configit's team, one for their key speakers from other companies, and the last for Q&A panel debates. The scale of the production was extensive with 22 speakers and two green screen studios running simultaneously. Many of the speakers were unfamiliar with studio settings and needed thorough briefing and the opportunity to practice before going live. Although the PowerPoints were changed at the last minute, the project ran smoothly and everyone involved was calm and relaxed before, during and especially after the event.

‍The feedback from Configit has been very positive. Our approachability and expertise made a huge difference and we are proud to have delivered a production that exceeded client expectations. We look forward to working with Configit again and challenging our next client with new, innovative solutions.
